Indiana doulas on the web can contact each other through a new egroup at Yahoo, established by the Indiana Chapter of DONA. ALL doulas are welcome, regardless of certifying organization. Doulas not certified are encouraged to join, too.

Information about the workshop

Birth Works workshops are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Entry into the certification program is not a prerequisite to attending the workshop. The workshop remains valid towards certification for five years from the date it was held. We encourage those in the certification program to attend the workshop early in their training, but anytime during the two-year training period is acceptable.

The workshop runs from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm the first two days and 9:00 am to 3:30 pm the third day unless otherwise posted. Advanced Educator Training workshops are open to all Birth Works members and birth professionals.
